3569 - FEATURE: HASP SRM 3.10 installation shows no dialogs during silent installation and permits ability to skip setup

E-Prime 2.0 installation has been updated to use a custom HASP SRM 3.10 merge module to permit for silent install and removal.

The HASP installation can be disabled for custom installs by setting the Windows Installer SKIPHASP property to 1.
