1217 - BUG: BMP files saved in OS/2 format appear as vertical line

Symptoms

User reports that .bmp files show up as a one pixel vertical line.
Further investigation shows that .bmp file may have been saved as an OS/2 bitmap format.

NOTE: This is an open issue. Please report any further additional information to a PST tech support represenative.

Cause

Unknown at this time.

Workaround

Use a program like Paint Shop Pro to save .bmp images in Windows (not OS/2) bitmap format.

Solution

None. This is scheduled to be addressed in a future version of E-Prime.
