How do I upgrade to E-Prime Extensions for Tobii 2.0?
One upgrade is available per E-Prime Extensions for Tobii license. You can request the E-Prime Extensions for Tobii upgrade by creating a support request on the E-Prime web support site after logging in at http://www.pstnet.com/e-prime/support/login.asp. If you do not already have an account on the web support site, you will need to register with your E-Prime serial number before you can create a request. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Please include the following information in your request:
1. Name
2. Name of your institution
3. The invoice number for E-Prime Extensions for Tobii
4. The name of the vendor/company from which E-Prime Extensions for Tobii was purchased.
5. Delivery preference: Download, CD or both. If you wish to receive a CD in the mail, please include your shipping address.
E-Prime support is provided through the E-Prime Web Support site. Registration is required to gain access to the E-Prime Web Support site. The E-Prime Web Support site provides the latest updates, Knowledge Base section, Samples, Downloads, and a personal support forum to communicate with PST support representatives.
