Responsibilities

Manage and direct the entire sales and marketing process, staff, and activities to increase new sales, repeat sales, and expansion/optimization of existing sales opportunities.

Support and promote positive, effective, and efficient relations with customers and resellers.

Create, manage, and maintain a system of contact generation and prospecting, capturing incoming enquiries, follow up, closing, getting referrals, expanding to purchases of more products and repeat business

Initiate, monitor, route, process and follow-up incoming customer and sales contacts and opportunities through established mechanisms (e-mail, phone, CRM software, etc) with the support of the sales and administrative staff.

Coordinate with project managers, management team, sales staff, and utilize external resources to identify the best methods of promoting products to increase sales and market share.

Direct and develop marketing campaigns, materials, and advertisements; manage project timeline to include design, writing, photography, layout, printing, and distribution of materials with the support of the graphics, publications, and promotions staff.

Direct the design, administration, implementation, and attendance of product conferences, promotional events, workshops, and training seminars with the cooperation and support of the management team.

Become knowledgeable and proficient in the applied use of products offered for sale, e.g. identify customers' needs, and explain/demonstrate products to them (which may involve technical descriptions of products and the way they may be used).

Conduct formal presentations of products to customers and internal staff at promotional and training events.

Provide effective sales training to any employee that has an opportunity to influence sales outcomes.

Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys, measuring other satisfaction/dissatisfaction indicators, and reporting on the results to management.

Directly assist sales & marketing staff in reaching assigned sales goals.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Communications, or related program with a minimum 5-10 years experience in strategic sales and marketing with higher education, healthcare, or institutional customers.

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Strong project management skills.

Computer literacy and experience in multimedia formats and production.

Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Juggle multiple priorities and work with diverse populations.

Occasional national and international business travel is required.

The ideal candidate will have a background or experience in the psychology or neuroscience research/ experimentation or related field.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the design, development and implementation of new and existing application initiatives, and will be expected to code, test, debug, document and troubleshoot.

Opportunities to play key roles on scientifically oriented desktop and web-based application development projects.

Participating in the design architecture review of development projects and play a key role in the release of new applications.

Expected to adhere to application design and development standards and programming techniques. 

Expected to assist in maintaining existing applications by troubleshooting bugs, implementing fixes, developing enhancements. 

Expected to gain a working knowledge of scientific research methods through the applied use of existing company products; providing technical support through both direct and indirect end-user interaction; and document existing and new systems as assigned.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science or related discipline.

Strong academic performance, organizational, and analytical abilities and knowledge of OOP methodologies.

3+ years experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and at least one of the following languages or application frameworks (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET  Framework, C/C++, Microsoft Foundation Classes, VB)

Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts and methodologies.

Strong desire to develop applications for the Microsoft Windows Operating System using Microsoft Visual Studio and related Microsoft tools  (Microsoft Certification preferred).

DirectX or game developer experience a plus.

Initiative and ability to expand knowledge and skills to meet new development and domain specific challenges.

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, analytical skills, and ability to focus on task-at-hand.

Demonstrated ability to analyze, define, research, resolve, and communicate problems and problem resolutions.

Initiative and ability to recommend alternative approaches to enhance system performance.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, and to prioritize tasks, in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well with other application development team members.

Responsibilities

Assembly of electro-mechanical devices.

Assembly wiring harnesses for electro-mechanical devices.

Final integration assembly of devices and wiring harnesses.

Bench testing of completed assemblies and sub assemblies.

Packaging of completed devices for delivery and installation at customer sites.

Computer assembly and limited software installation (assumes adequate hand-on training is provided).

Polishing of fiber optic cables

PCB population and testing

Assist in limited inventory and ordering, stocking and tagging of component parts

·         Assist others in authoring, or directly author documentation and drawings of the assembly and testing processes.

·     Miscellaneous mechanical tasks such as assembly of office equipment, etc., as assigned.

·     Record daily time distribution using company time tracking software.

Qualifications

·         Minimum 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

·     Use of hand and power tools for mechanical assembly.

·     Soldering of wiring assemblies and printed circuit board assemblies.

Must maintain a positive attitude, follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Must be a quick study, flexible and willing to take on new and different tasks. 

·     Ability to follow written and verbal assembly and testing instructions given adequate hands-on training.

·     Ability to communicate effectively with acting supervisor.

·     Familiarity with PC’s and able to interact with common Microsoft Software programs with given adequate instruction.

·     Ability to lift 50lbs.
