I encountered inconsistent problems in different laptop computers when running fMRI experiment. The consequence is always that the e-prime cannot receive any trigger pulse from the scanner and hence do not start the whole experiment. I hope to identify the very problem without really getting into the scanner. Is there any matlab script or a program to simulate the trigger from fMRI scanner? Thanks!
