Hi forum members,

I have just made an installation of E-Prime 2.0.8.22 but I have wrongly just input the BETA serial number.
Then I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it again in hope of entering the normal user serial number - but it never asked me again.

What should I do so that I can enter the normal user serial number during re-installation?

John,

You must go to:

Windows 7/Vista: C:\Program Files (x86)\Pst\E-Prime 2.0\Program\LicenseManager.exe.

Windows XP: C:\Program Files\Pst\E-Prime 2.0\Program\LicenseManager.exe.

Double click on that file and it will bring up the dialog you are looking for. Enter your new information and start E-Studio.
