We are experiencing an error in attempting to install the latest (downloaded) software to some of our machines. It is:
1155: File C:\Docments\admin\LOCALS~1\Temp\pft3~tm not found
This is happening on a number of machines running XP. We have installed the .NET and DirectX software; do we need to update something?

Answering my own question: Updating Windows XP is the answer. Something was out of date, and installing all the updates fixed it.
