Hello!

Is there any possibility to write your own E-Object showing up on the left like "Label" or "Slide"?
Under Tools -> Options -> Toolbox you are able to load additional *.ocx-Files but these (e.g. "Slide", "Label") are cryptic. Is there any kind of some SDK to write these files on your own?

The ability to offer toolbox objects is not available to end users or 3rd parties.  An SDK to do so is also not available nor on the short term plan at the moment.  However, E-Prime 2.0 Professional permits for custom package files which can permit for offering common script that can manipulate objects currently in the system.  More information on Packages in E-Prime 2.0 Professional is forthcoming.
