Hello.

Our lab recently recieved RB-730 response pad form the Cedrus compagny. These response pads are compatible with the E-Prime software... Despite I followed straightly the instructions concerning the installation of the response pad on my Computer (Windows XP) and the advices of Cedrus to make it work with it Prime (flip switch1 up to get the right number of Baud...), it does not work.
It behaves as if E-Prime do not detect the response pad as nothing happens when I press the reponse buttons. It happens exactly the same on another computer so I think the problem comes form me.
If someone had already been faced with such a problem, his/her help is Welcom !

By advance thank you.
Jennifer

I am facing the same problem here. We have an RB-830 USB response pad in hand and it is supposed to be compatible with E-prime through emulation of the PST SRB 200A response pad, and I am now using E-prime 2.0.

The experiment goes smooth with a real 200A response pad, but when it comes to the Cedrus RB-830, nothing happens when I press any of the keys, and I think I have carefully followed every instructions of setting the response pad up with E-prime.

Can anybody help on this issue? Thanks very much in advance.
