BrainVoyager QX Workshop and fMRI Solutions

Details

We strongly encourage attendees to bring portable notebooks or laptops in order to participate in the hands on sections of the meetings. Past participants have found this to be invaluable. Please note that laptops and computers will not be provided at the workshop. 

Software will be sent to participants prior to the Workshop. Phone support will be provided in advance of the workshop to handle install problems. However, it may be difficult to troubleshoot installations during the workshop itself. Please be sure to install well before the workshop so that staff may focus on training.

Note: You must have Administrator privileges in order to install the HASP driver for BrainVoyager QX.  

Recommended minimum requirements to run supplied software:

BrainVoyager QX for Windows 98/ME, 2000, XP or Linux 2.4:

¿ Processor: INTEL, AMD, >= 1GHZ

¿ Working memory: 192MB (>= 256MB recommended)

¿ Graphics card supporting OpenGL (NVIDIA, ATI RADEON)

¿ >= 1 GB of free memory on hard drive

 

Mac details are as follows:

¿ The minimal hardware is a Powerbook G4 with normal RAM size (512 MB) Note: this will run quite slow.

¿ Users should provide 1 GB of RAM (or more) and the OS version should be 10.2 or 10.3 (better)
