BrainLogics Fiber Optic Button Response System 

Easy to install fMRI ready subject response collection system. PST has engineered the Fiber Optic Button Response System to accurately timestamp subject responses and verify signals. The Fiber Optic Button Response Units attach to the subject’s wrists and comfortably adjust to the subject’s hand(s) during scanning. The units are completely fiber optic, having no wire or electronics located within the magnet room and connects to a Fiber Optic Interface Console located in the control room through an available wave guide. The interface console provides real-time feedback of subject responses via LED indicators and includes a set of switches which can be used to make responses for the subject as needed. While integrating seamlessly with E-Prime®, the system also provides TTL output signals that can be used to interface with other data collection devices and software.
